Do you have a baby bjorn infant carrier? I am wondering exactly how baby sits in it. Do the sides come apart?
completely? My daughter had hip surgery and she is in a spica cast. Not the usual….her legs are out to the sides more than usual. I heard the baby bjorn carrier can be layed on the bed and you can set the baby on it and the top folds up and you can fasted each side. Is the area for the legs really wide? Do you think it would work?
Yes, it comes apart completely. The straps unbuckle at the shoulders and the legs (so the seat completely detaches from the parent’s shoulder straps). I think it would probably work. The carrier is adjustable, so you could make the leg openings bigger if needed.
