Baby Carrier Question?

So my husband and I were looking at baby carriers last night, we wanted to get one that we both can use and one that will be adjustable and comfortable for both him and I along with being safe for our 3 month old daughter. I am 5’5″ about 130lbs and my husband is 6’4″ 210lbs. Were are right now considering the Babybjorn active carrier and the Babybjorn air carrier. They both have really good ratings so I am not sure which one is better. Please tell me your expierences with theses carriers both positive and negative!! Thank you so much!!

I personally prefer a sling, you can get one that will fit both of your. The carriers that have the baby’s legs hanging out can be a little hard on the back if it isn’t perfect for you. What might fit you great will be a little off on him and cause back problems. We tried SEVERAL carriers and none work for my back, the are always putting too much weight into my shoulders or lower back and causing pain, my fiance on the other hand we found one that finally worked PERFECT for him so we got that and for long outting he wears the baby but for simple short walks (like to laundry mat) I will still wear it. I just ordered my first ring sling from Target.com and it will be here next week, I can’t wait! I was told it is MUCH MUCH better! You can use it well into toddlerhood and if you do searches there are other ones that go into back carriers too, i just got a simple front one because my experiance with kids so far (not much I just have a three year old) that once she learn to walk and learn to say “I wanna walk” then she didn’t want to be carried that much! LOL! Well that changed once the new baby got here, lol, now she asks to be carried because one of us is carrying the new baby. LOL!
