Bassinet Changer

baby crib advice??

im planning on buying a play pen for a crib..the one with the bassinet and changer..is the bassinet safe enough for baby to have as a crib?

WOW! I’ve never even heard of that before! You Americans are wayyyyy infront of us Aussies!

Babies are usually more than safe sleeping in a basinette until they are around 6 months old. My little girl grew out of her bassinette when she was 2 months, but then again – she was an overly large baby.

As long as your baby’s head isnt touching the top end of the bassinette, youre safe!

As per personal choice – I wont bother buying a bassinette for our next baby. As far as I am concerned, they are expensive, and dont last very long at all! My next one is going straight into a cot.
