Bounce Saucer
Could this give my baby bow-legs?
My son is going to be 4 months old on November 8th so he is about 3 months and 3 weeks old now, and lately he has been wanting to stand up a lot. We hold underneath his armpits to hold him up but he is standing up on his own! We just balance him and keep him from falling over. I have heard that this can make him bow-legged… I have also been wanting to get him a saucer so that he can bounce. But this would give the same effect to his legs. Is this true and when is the soonest we can start letting him stand like this and use a saucer?
Has nothing to do with it. He is practicing for in a about a year he will be walking. This is great to encourage with these little exercises, that’s how we grow and strengthen our bones and muscles. If you have further concerns speak to your pediatrician.
