Yes.
Your not the only one that experiences this in there everyday job. Police Officers that hear sirens, gunshots, and helicopters often lose there hearing at a very young age. To fix this problem, I would buy some earplugs at your local drugstore. They sell them everywhere. Wallgreens, Rite Aid, Save Mart, Longs. Good Luck. Here’s some more information on deafness.
