What keeps your baby entertained (swing, bouncy seat,ect..)?
Does your baby enjoy any toys like a swing or bouncy seat? Is there a certain age that they enjoy these more? My son is about 1 month and he hates his swing and bouncy seat and refuses to sit in either one. I read on here about other moms who put there baby in one and put it in the bathroom so they can take a shower and I would love to be able to do this or put him in one so I can eat, but my son is only entertained by being held. I hold him all day long except when I have to go to the bathroom and I have to run and be fast because he is screaming bloody murder the entire time. I was just wondering if he may grow into liking these items or not? He is sleeping on my lap right now and if I were to move him to his bed or even onto the couch right next to me he will wake up a scream until I pick him back up again.
Yes….my baby hated all of those things until she was about 8 weeks….and I to did alot of holding with her.Alot of babies like the sound of the shower try putting him on the floor with a blanket.He will like all the those things with time. Keep trying them everyday….and one day he might surprise you.
