How do I get trainers to Black City?

I’ve been playing Pokemon Black for a little while and still can’t get trainers to Black City. if anyone knows how to get trainers to Black City could you please let me know. It’s not for battling as much as it is for the items they bring to the shop with them.

you need to use the entra link with someone who has white. for example you can go to white forest and talk to people and bring them over to your game and you can battle them to get your item that you want.
