My ex husband of 13 years stole from my babys collection (Died of SIDS)? Can I charge him?
My ex husband, of 13 years and I have 2 daughters, teenagers now.
I have remarried and had three more children.
He had one more (seperate relationship)
My 5th child, Ryan died when he was 5 months old.
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. (New husbands baby, not ex’s)
My ex-husband took up a collection and sold raffle tickets at his local club to help pay for funeral expenses, then pocketed all of the money. (Didn’t give me a cent).
I called the police, they investigated.
4 months later, I got a $91.00 money order in the mail.
The police said they couldnt do anything since he sent me money.
I think the entire situation is wrong.
Any ideas?

learn from this lesson – you divorced him for a reason..could it be because he is a loser? don’t deal with him anymore when it comes to these matters.. I’d move on , let him live his sorry sad life on his own.. just get past this – and sorry for your loss of your baby.
