I have a Combi All in One Activity Walker. I dont understand how to turn it into a walker.?

I think you have to unscrew the bottom bar and then move it towards the middle and also the seat but im not positive if the seat is suppose to come off. I thought they would stand in between the two handles.

Here’s the instruction manual. That’s the best I can do, sorry.
