Comfy Time
Why is it already hard to get comfy at night to sleep?
I’m only 15 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of weeks it has been difficult for me to get comfy at night to fall asleep and my back hurts most of the time. This is my 2nd pregnancy and didn’t have these issues until my last couple of months while pregnant! I havn’t gained any weight yet either so it can’t be from that. Any suggestions for how to get comfy?
I am 13 weeks and am having the same exact problem. I have not gained any weight but I have the worse time sleeping. I have a hard time falling asleep, and when I do get to sleep, I wake up several times through out the night. My doctor tells me it is because my body is changing and bones and organs are moving etc. This is my first pregnancy so I wasn’t expecting to be having this problem so early.
Currently (since I have not gained any weight and was not heavy to begin with) I find it best when I sleep on my stomach with a wedge body pillow under me. I tried laying on my side but in the middle of the night I noticed the the side I am laying on gets numb or my hip bones begin to hurt.
