Call of duty black ops custom playercard not showing?

On Call of Duty: Black Ops for X-box I’ve designed a custom design for my playercard and I have double checked that I am saving it when I exit. However it then doesnt show on my playercard. The background is showing correctly but the custom image on the left is showing up as a leaf/flower type thing. Is anyone else having this problem and how can I fix it?

it does that for me after i level up. other people dont see it like that though. when you turn you xbox on it should be fine. im assuming its just a glitch
