the first time i went partying it was kinda bad i only danced once for a really short time because i was really shy to dance with a girl but this party is going to bee huge so many people from my school are going and this cant happen again and im really nervous please let me get some help to help me calm the nerves and so i can have a good night and not stay standing all night
not easy if u’re the jitterty type. approach any girl who is standing around. just go and ask – u gotta tell yourself that u have to do it. its pure guts. not easy but try to do so and dont look her in the eye – look at her forehead or nose! will cut down nervousness. and dont be hungry. u need lots of energy to have courage. but dont take junk food as it slows the brain. get a friend to help encourage / push u
