Jolly Jumper

I have been given an old style Jolly Jumper with the “shoelace” assembley. Please tell me how to asseble it!

The style has the elasticised waist with the clips at the front. The part that goes under baby (between their legs) has shoelace type string attached to it which I assume go through metal holes at the top. I have tried to figure it out to fit my 3 month old but can’t quite get it right!

I am not sure if it is the same jolly jumper but it sounds the same,
yes you just tie the shoelaces through the metal holes, do them make the strings shorter or longer depending on the size of your baby..
