Papasan Baby
how do i get my week old baby to sleep anywhere besides on my chest? she hardly sleeps-shouldnt she pass out?
she sleeps in car seat in the car, won’t sleep in it in the house, nor the bassinet, or the papasan, she doesnt fit in the swing yet. i have elevated the basinett slightly because of reflux, any ideas as to how to get her to sleep in the bassinet preferably? I need some sleep and she hardly sleeps i figured she would be ready to pass out in anything i put her in… Any and all tricks would be greatly appreciated, this is my first baby so this stress/lack of sleep is really hard for me
You have to let the baby cry it out. I know its hard, But it only take a week to get them in the habit of sleeping in the crib bassinet by themselves. If you hold them to much they will get used to it and you will be up all the time. 1 week of screeming when the baby tries to sleep thats it- 1 week now or the rest of his young days crying because the baby cant sleep by you?
