How do you make a hamster play pen?

I have a hamster and she’s never been out of her cage before and I wanna make a play pen. I’m making my mom let me a hamster ball, but first I need to make one of those hamster playpens. Any ideas on how to make one?

Well, my dads a carpenter so what i di was I measured the free spaces in my room and got pieces of wood and nail them together, I also made obsacles and for the bottom I put down towels. I was going to put hinges so I could easily slide it into my closet, but i didn’t becaz it barely was in the way.
You could also just close the door or block off any stairs and just keep an eye on ‘im. Or if you have lots of spare time just watch him and stuff. Hamster balls are pretty fun to watch.
BTW hamster are spose to have at least a half hour ut of their cages each day.
