Is it possible for me to lose baby pouch after c-section?
I had a c-section a month ago and my belly looks like I’m about 6 month pregnant. I’ve had 4 c-section total. My belly have went down right after my third one , but this c-section it hasn’t. Any exercise suggestion for abs.
your body has had alot of children and may need more time to heal. even after the scars and such heal and the soreness goes away sometimes there is still some work being done inside that you cant see. anyway just be patient and wait a few more months, after that start slow and build up your exercise leval. it should go down agian.
