Is it possible to import a racing-only car to California?

Hi,

You may import anything you like, but without a California emissions package, you will not be able to register your vehicle for regular street driving. Thats not to say you can’t tow it in a trailer to the drag-strip.
You may drive that car anywhere as long as it’s not on a public road. Racing tracks and drag strips are fine.
