Fisher Price Open Top Rainforest Swing?

Sometimes this thing will swing sometimes not. Anyone else have this trouble??

I have this one, which is basically the same as near as I can tell. Though it doesn’t plug in. Also mine is older and a different colour (lighter blue). http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2001&e=detail&site=us&selcat=bgsw&pid=32833

They only problem I have is with smaller babies the lowest setting isn’t really that low. However it has certainly survived a fair amount of abuse.

I would contact fisher-price, I wonder if there hasn’t been a recall? In any case if everyone calls and complains of the same thing they will probably find a way to fix it, though I know intermittant problems can be hard to track down.
