Does it matter if a baby crawls or sits first?

My daughter is 5 months old and she tries to sit up by herself but as long as she thinks im holdin on to her she is fine until she realizes tht im not, and then she is starting to get on all fours and rockin back and forth

I don’t think there is any problem with that, as long as she is progressing towards something she is fine! All babies are a little different, and some do things the complete opposite of other babies!
