its decent for local tourny play. swap out seven tools for solemns when you can. or even Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. It pwns. And if i were you i would throw in at least one Summoned Skull. I mean cmon. he pwns! nah jk. but throw in a Gorz. he rocks in any deck. also dont run 3 cold waves, that only slows you down seeing as you only have 19 monsters. run only 2 at most. also i would change the traps around to this.
