How do I remove the seat belt receiver from the 3rd row seat on a 03 Trailblazer?

The seat belt receiver appears to be part of the seat and not bolted to the floor board.

It is I just looked @ mine and your gonna have to pull the seats out to get to them, there should be a nut on the back side you can remove…that’s the way it is on my 05.
