Evertime i go to sleep i leak blood but i still wear a pad and mostly everytime i seat i leak its embarrsing!!?
I Need Help Because I Dont Wanna Have To Go Threw This Everytime I Have My Period It Suckss!!!!
There are a few things to consider. 1) make sure you are wearing snug fitting panties. This will help keep the pad closer to your body and less likely to shift. 2) sleep on your side. If you leak it will be less likely to get on your sheets that way. 3) I wear a pair of shorts during my period to bed as a liner to protect my sheets. 4) I always buy overnight pads for night time. They are bigger so they cover more area and are more absorbant that regular ones. 5) if you are willing to try a tampon, it will help too. I wear one with a pad at night so even if the tampon leaks, the pad is still there.
It sucks being a girl sometimes. My periods are really heavy and nasty and I seldom leak anymore since I started doing all the tips I gave you.
