how do you make the suction on shower toiletry hanger suction cups strong? boil them in water?

the one i got is supposed to be strong suction. the suction cups have 2 layers. the inner layer is hard and is surrounded by a softer layer. but the basket keeps falling off the tiles. do i boil the suction cups in water to make them stronger?
they are regular shower tiles. i think they are smooth.

If you put them in boiling water you will probably destroy them.Try putting some Vaseline on them and see if they stick better.
