how to fix a spining helicopter?

Hi I have a helicopter (Toy) and its wildly spinning out of control. To tell you it’s not a normal one its a little dolphin one. It spins and I think it’s the the back spinner thing there’s no hair in it but it does lack power. Any ideas

I’d suggest you forget about the toy, go to a legitimate hobby shop and get a Blade with coaxial rotors. It’ll fly hands off first try. It it doesn’t you can take it back to a LEGITIMATE hobby shop, they will fix or replace it.
