Is 11.5 toy wheel big enough for a guinea pig?

Please, never use a toy wheel or ball for a guinea pig. I know they are sold in pet stores but they are actually very dangerous for guinea pigs.

A guinea pig has a fairly rigid spine, they are not flexible like a hamster. So, a wheel or a ball places pressure on the spine and moves it in a curve that it was not designed for. This can cause serious spinal injury.
